## Usage notes

This dataset supports science-based target setting for species biodiversity. It is suitable for screening and prioritising sites with greatest potential to lower species extinction risk. It is not suitable for site-level biodiversity assessments. The dataset is kept current against the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species. Scores aggregate all threats across all terrestrial amphibian, bird, mammal, and reptile species with near threatened or threatened status. Separation by specific threats or taxa is not possible.
